Founded in 1997 as a payment services company, ProPay™ introduced its Internet payment systems in May 2000. In early 2007 ProPay™ redefined the way companies pay commissions and facilitate other payments by launching the ProPay Payment Network™. ProPay is a privately held company headquartered in Orem, Utah. ProPay is part of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) Online Reliability and Privacy Programs.
